The Platform is open to anyone wishing to browse our catalogue or make a product enquiry. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or make a purchase. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account. Browsing the Platform does not require an account.

You agree not to:

We strive to ensure all product information — including descriptions, compatibility, and pricing in KES — is accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update pricing or availability at any time without prior notice.

All orders are subject to stock confirmation. We will contact you via the details provided if an ordered item is unavailable. Payments are processed at the time of order confirmation. If you wish to cancel or return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned parts must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We offer delivery across Kenya. Delivery timelines and costs vary by location and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Urban Auto Spares is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Urban Auto Spares and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including information obtained through Google Sign-In.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Urban Auto Spares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
